Having moved to Europe in 2014 and then back to Australia from the Netherlands in early 2026, we experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to settle into a new community. Finding reliable information, trusted local services, and practical support wasn't always easy, which inspired us to create Far North Concierge.

Far North Concierge is a small, local husband-and-wife team. We intentionally keep our client list small so every client sees a familiar, trusted face and receives consistent, personalised support. Because of this, availability can be limited and there may be a short wait for regular time slots

Kelly-Marie, an Australian originally from South Australia, brings a background in interior design, organisation, and project management. Having lived in the Netherlands for over 12 years with running her business Studio Kelly-Marie formally known as Dutch By Design, she is very customer/client focused with attention to detail. 

Edwin, originally from the Netherlands, has extensive experience in technology, systems, and problem solving. Together, we combine practical expertise with local knowledge to provide dependable support tailored to each client's needs.

We assist individuals, families, retirees, property owners, and FIFO households with property inspections, wellbeing visits, relocation support, home organisation, appointment accompaniment, errands, airport transfers, and technology assistance throughout Cairns and the surrounding region.
